Movement Improvement is inclusive, body positive and judgment-free. The relaxed learning pace is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels.

Restorative Movement Classes

Join a weekly class to learn corrective exercises and new movement habits that help you unwind the tensions of modern living.

Thursdays at noon. Center of Movement, 107 W. Main Street, Grass Valley. Drop in any time.

Mondays at 4:15p and Wednesdays at 3:45p at Nevada City School of the Arts, 13032 Bitney Springs Rd, Nevada City. Open to the public beginning in April.
