A 4-week program for rebuilding your flexibility, strength and balance. Whatever your fitness level, modern life locks you into unhealthy postures that cause pain, limit mobility and damage tissues.

Explore corrective exercises, self-observation and healthy habit changes to help restore your body to a more sustainable level of strength and ability.

Movement Improvement is inclusive and body positive. The relaxed learning pace is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels.

Your feet are your foundation for whole body health.

Learn exercises and alignments to relieve pain as you restore strength and mobility to your amazing feet. It’s never too late to take simple steps for healthy feet.

We’ll practice movements from Katy Bowman’s book, “Simple Steps to Foot Pain Relief.”

You’ll leave with a 10-minute daily routine for fit and fabulous feet!
